His other prior experience includes American Insurance Marketing Corporation, a managing general agent and excess and surplus line broker in Staten Island, New York, and Buckingham Badler Associates.
Education
Frank received a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania.
